Your own private beach on Little Pea Porridge Pond, a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs, and grandfathered short term rental use, which is a rare find in Madison! Set in the Eidelweiss neighborhood, this home offers three levels of living and plenty of room for family, friends, or guests. The main level centers around a spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace and windows looking out toward the water. The dining area has room for a crowd, the kitchen is just steps away, and a first floor bedroom and bath make it easy to host. Step out onto the deck for morning coffee with a view of the pond through the pines. Upstairs, the primary suite is the place you'll want to end every day. A sitting area with a wood stove and vaulted ceilings opens to a private deck overlooking the water. This level also has two additional bedrooms, one currently set up as a bonus room with laundry, plus two baths. The lower level apartment has its own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, a bath, and an eat-in kitchen. Use it for extended family, guests who like their own space, or extra rental income alongside the main house. Down by the water, a large deck platform sets the stage for summer afternoons. Pull up an Adirondack chair and stay until the sun goes down, or launch the kayaks right from your own beach. When the leaves turn and the snow falls, Eidelweiss is just as easy to love, with the slopes at King Pine and North Conway a short drive away.
